Frozen Time-Bound Program Reports

At the end of each time-bound program (Audit Competitions, Attackathons, and Invite-Only programs), all reports will be frozen. This means that project users will not be able to change the severity, change the status, or reopen Audit Competition reports.

When are the reports frozen?

Reports are frozen at the end of each time-bound program after all reports have been escalated and moved to the ‘confirmed’ or ‘closed’ status. Please note that you will still be able to pay out rewards when reports are frozen. Furthermore, both you and the whitehat can leave comments on frozen reports.

How can I unfreeze a report?

To unfreeze a report, simply reach out to Immunefi via Telegram. Once the report is unfrozen, you will once again be able to perform the full range of report actions.
