The Immunefi Standard Badge sets the bar for all projects on the Immunefi platform by indicating that your project adheres to all of our best practices. To see the current criteria for receiving the badge, please see our Immunefi Standard Badge article.
Projects that received the badge prior to the release of the updated criteria will keep their badges for the time being. With that said, these projects will be required to adhere to the new criteria if they wish to keep their badges in the future.
What was the old criteria for the badge?
Projects received the badge once the following updates were reviewed and accepted by the program administrator.
1. The updated Immunefi severity classification system. The updates include a simplified five level scale for Web/Apps, Smart Contracts, and Blockchain/DLT. Please see the updated severity scale here for more details.
2. Immunefi Bug Bounty Program Operations. The Bug Bounty Program operations agreement has been updated to bring additional clarity to expectations regarding processing of bug reports, interactions with whitehats, payment transactions, and other operational terms.
Once both prompts were reviewed and accepted by a Program Administrator of the project team, the Immunefi Standard badge appeared next to the project’s name on the Immunefi Explore page as well as the project’s specific Bug Bounty Program page:
