We know that some of our customers have multiple projects and programs within their organization, so we have created a new hierarchy system to provide more structure. All projects are now part of an organization, and each organization can include one or more projects and programs.
Overview of the Hierarchy System
There are three tiers to the hierarchy system: organizations, projects, and programs.
Organizations
Organizations are the broadest category and they represent the highest level of the hierarchy. Projects and programs are housed within organizations. All projects on Immunefi are part of an organization, even if there is only one project within it.
Projects
Projects are the hierarchy level that represent particular business or technology initiatives. Each project is housed within an organization, and they can have multiple programs underneath them.
Programs
Programs are the hierarchy level regarding a specific program on the Immunefi platform. They include bug bounty programs, audit competitions, and invite-only programs.
Organization Settings
If you are an administrator and you would like to alter the settings for all projects, programs, and users within your organization, you can do so in the Dashboard under the ‘Organization’ settings tab. By adjusting configurations across your organization, you can ensure consistency among the various projects and programs that you oversee.
Note: Currently, only users with the admin role in all programs within the organization can edit preferences that impact the entire organization.
Login Preferences
Program administrators can require new users to sign up and login via Google in the Organization settings.
To require new users in your organization to sign up and login via Google, have an admin go to the organization settings and select “Signup Preferences.” Then check the “Google Only” box.
When this has been done, all program users will be logged out. They will also receive an email asking them to sign-in using the appropriate method.
Managing Multiple Programs for Your Project
If you are a project user with multiple bug bounty programs, you can easily switch between them in the app. Doing so allows you to view bug reports and change settings for programs on an individual basis, which offers greater flexibility.
Selecting Programs in the Report Page
When you are on the report page, you can easily switch between programs by selecting one from the dropdown menu next to the ‘Program Reports:’ title. When a program is selected, the table will only show reports submitted to that particular program. You can also see reports submitted to all of your programs by selecting the ‘All programs’ option from the dropdown menu.
Selecting Programs in the Settings Page
In the project settings, you can switch between programs by clicking on the program dropdown menu. When a program is selected, any changes to the settings will only be applied to that specific program. This allows you to easily adjust settings based on the specific needs of each program.
