If your submission history demonstrates that you have submitted a significant number of poor quality reports, or it shows that you have engaged in rule-breaking behavior, you will be required to connect your Immunefi account to your Discord account before you can submit more reports.
This helps us to verify that you are a real person, and it demonstrates your commitment to responsible use of our platform.
The only exception to this rule is when a project user/admin self-reports a bug to their own project. In this scenario, the user will not be required to connect their Discord account.
How do I connect my Discord account?
If you do not meet the report number/accuracy rating threshold and you try to submit a bug report, a modal will appear asking you to connect your Immunefi account to your Discord account. Click the ‘Connect’ button in the modal and a Discord authorization window will appear. Once you select the ‘Authorize’ button, your two accounts will be connected, and you will be able to submit bug reports.
Please keep in mind that a Discord account can only be connected to one Immunefi account at a time. Furthermore, you cannot disconnect the accounts.
Alternatively, you can connect to your Discord account at any time by visiting your Immunefi account settings and selecting the ‘Connect’ button next to the ‘Validate account with Discord’ window.
If you are unable to connect your Discord account to your Immunefi account, please contact us for assistance.
