We work hard to ensure that whitehats who use our platform produce quality bug reports and operate in good faith. Yet, despite our best efforts, we know that there are some bad actors who waste your time with invalid spam reports.
This new post-report review feature will enable you to score and comment on the quality of the report and your interactions with Immunefi. With this invaluable feedback, we can improve our services and better enforce our quality standards on whitehats who are submitting bad bug reports.
Post-report reviews help to ensure that your thoughts and experiences are reflected in the platform itself. Your voice matters!
How do the reviews work?
Now, when you update a report to either the ‘Paid’ or ‘Closed’ status, you will see the ‘Write a review’ tab in the action panel at the bottom of the report page. Any project member that is subscribed to the report can submit a post-report review.
When the ‘Write a review’ tab is selected, you will be asked to rate the quality of the report and the quality of your interactions with Immunefi by selecting the emoji that best matches your experience. You can also leave comments in the text box to further explain your rating.
You have thirty days to submit a review after a report has been paid or closed. After this thirty day window has passed, there is no way for you to submit a review.
What happens after a review is submitted?
Once a review is submitted, it will be sent to our Account Management team to be recorded and analyzed. Furthermore, all project members will be able to see the completed review at the bottom of the report page in the ‘Write a review’ tab.
You can still reopen a report and request help after the survey has been submitted.
What if the report is reopened after the review has been submitted?
The tabs in the action panel at the bottom of the report page will change to include 'Quick Actions', 'Comments', 'Actions', and 'Write a review'. The 'Write a review' tab will still show your previously submitted survey response.
You will not be able to submit another survey response after reopening.
