If a project believes that a submission was incorrectly closed, they can reopen the submission and advance the report to resolution. If they choose to do so, the report will enter the escalated state and the SLA will be restarted.
Whitehats cannot re-open reports themselves, but if you feel that your report was incorrectly closed for an invalid or out-of-scope bug, you can request help from Immunefi. When you request help, a member of our team will be subscribed to the report and will look it over to determine whether or not the bug is valid and in scope.
