If a report is closed by Immunefi, by you, or by someone on your team, it can be easily re-opened. However, if you re-open a closed report, it is expected that you are doing so because you have determined that it is valid and warrants a payout.
How do I re-open a closed report?
Anyone who is subscribed to a closed report can re-open it in the report page. You simply need to write out your reason(s) for re-opening in the text box and click the ‘Re-open report’ button.
Note that a report can only be re-opened one time. Once you close a report after re-opening it, you will not be able to re-open it again. Instead, you will need to request help from Immunefi to reopen the report.
What happens after I re-open a closed report?
Re-opened reports start in the ‘escalated’ status and move back into the regular report life cycle. When the report is re-opened, the SLA is restarted and you will be able to advance the report using Quick Actions the same way you would with any other report.
