When you join Immunefi, we will create a shared Telegram group for non bug report related communications. This Telegram group can be used for things like requests to update your bug bounty program, for our Account Management team to send reminders when SLA for bug report acknowledgement has not been met, or for when we contact you regarding fees.
We will never share details about bug reports in our shared Telegram groups, nor should you. For security reasons, please ensure all discussions relating to bug reports, technical or otherwise, remain within the Bugs Disclosure Dashboard.
Adding or Removing Members from Our Shared Group
Should you need to add or remove members from our shared Telegram group, please have your designated Program Administrator email firstname.lastname@example.org to request the change. Please note that we will only honor requests to add or remove members from our shared Telegram group from Project Admins.
Telegram Group Admins and Owners
Immunefi will dedicate one or more of our Account Management team to serve as admins and/or owners of our shared Telegram groups. If an Immunefi employee contacts you via Telegram, you always have the right to verify that they are an Immunefi employee.
