To reduce noise and make email notifications more manageable, we have changed the way that we reach out to you regarding bug reports.
Instead of receiving an email every time an action is taken in the bug report (e.g. when someone adds a comment in a report thread), you will receive a single email thread per bug report. That email thread will be updated whenever a noteworthy action is taken in the report.
Now you will no longer have to dig through a plethora of email notifications to keep track of an open report. All of the report-specific updates you receive are helpfully located in a single email thread.
Exceptions for SLA reminders and warnings
To help you keep track of your obligations regarding Service Level Agreements (SLAs), we will continue to send you separate email threads for report acknowledgement requests, resolution requests, and reward requests. These notifications will tell you what you need to do and how much time you have to do it before breaking the SLA.
